Horrible job. Managers overwork people. - District Manager JM Family Enterprises Employee Review

Pros

Health Benefits for family and children.

Cons

Managers promoted not by skill level but by favoritism. District managers do all the work, 7 days a week answering calls. Mr. Moran would be turning over in his grave with what’s going on in the company. Sad to see it go downhill. Idiots in charge justifying their jobs. No wonder everyone quitting.

Pros

JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

Cons

Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
