      Good Pay, Excellent Benefits, Good balance between work and personal life, if you aren't in a small support group.

      Extremely political, promotions and raises are not based on merit. Was forced to change employees reviews to meet an average ranking.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
