      Pros

      Highly profitable, market salary, above market bonus and extras Good place to chill and the work is super simple. Hopefully I can ride this out for a long time.

      Cons

      Meh, after being here a while, everything seems to be the same old story. We talk like big shots but at the end of day, we barely move and can’t get much done or improved. It’s large company thinking, ‘this is how we do it’ and with the mega egos that go with that. So, not likely to change.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
