Pros

Benefits...that's all I can come up with too.

Cons

Pay is poor for Field Service..don't laugh when they tell you your base. Micro managing you job and your personal life too! I have never experienced anything like this. You have to state what you're doing on your requested time off so they can determine if it should be VAC or PER. Seriously?! Frustration level is off the chart. You do get dumped on by your sales counterparts to clean up messes they created. When I see a call or email from Zone/RM I feel like I'm going to have an anxiety attack...What did I do wrong now? Career advancement...NONE. They expect you to stay in the same position until you retire. Why did I take this job? I'm still trying to come up with an answer

Pros

Mostly nice people, challenging work, on-site cafeteria and Starbucks.

Cons

Good luck becoming a full-time employee. They love hourly contractors with no PTO and horrible benefits.
