      Pros

      The insurance, the pay, and the drivers.

      Cons

      The Post Falls plant is way different than the rest of the company. It’s seasonal, management is terrible, and part of dispatch is incompetent yet protected. Management doesn’t care, they rarely come out of the office, they know what’s wrong but won’t fix anything. High turnover because of it.

      Pros

      As an intern I wasnt looked down upon, the environment was great and a great learning experience. I could go to anyone in the building at any time.

      Cons

      I wasnt really challenged, I was given simple duties that anyone could of done. Was given more difficult duties related to internship as time went on.
