Pros
- Every quarter you get to give recognition to your peers and get recognition as well. Each peer recognition you receive is 500 points unless you get eCards. The points can be used directly on Amazon or Best Buy so if you get enough points, you can splurge. - You can attend innovative sessions or take part in PowerUp and other events to receive merch.
Cons
- Work life balance in my current team was not the best - Expectation is a lot compared to what you get paid - You only get "discounted" stocks but you still have to buy them or invest in them even after 5 years of being with the company - If you are in the same team for too long, growth will feel kinda stuck - After Senior Associate, VP is a stretch unless your stars align and org restructure sends you to a different state and promotes you to VP. Otherwise you are looking at another 4-5 years minimum to get promoted
