      Pros

      Little to no overnights. You will be home 99% of the time at the end of your shift. Great starting pay and per diem.

      Cons

      Little to no communication with Ground crews, In flight crews, Scheduling, Maintenance, and upper Management. Everyone is on a different page that never adds up. Causes major setbacks and friction between all departments. This is a place of favoritism.

      Pros

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.

      Not really any problems that I see.
