Flexible boss, but benefits need improvement - Accountant JT2 Integrated Resources Employee Review

Great supervisors, good stepping stone, training new employees.

Overworked, no room for growth, no pay increase.

I worked in early 2000's, for like 3 years it was all kinds of messed up. The office manager hired her ex-husband, two daughters & their boyfriends. The office manager & daughters all dressed very inappropriate like they ladies off the night. The office manager would send her children to CA-10 courses before regular ppl. Other ppl worked as well as their children 🙄. Hard work wasn't appreciated & individuals were treated unfairly because of the Nepotism. The pay was very low for Admin Team/Staff. The raises were horrible as well. The benefits was the only good thing about this place.
