      Only pros I can think of is that there is potential change

      Cons

      Most importantly it is a very stressful and toxic environment. Leadership needs a lot of improvement for the company to be more successful. Production supervisors and leads think they own you and don’t let you breathe unless you are one of the favorites.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
