      Pros

      Package, 10 % increment of salary in 6 months then another 10 % in another 6 months total 1 year.

      Cons

      Ofcourse favourism, they will use EIT for their benefits at last they wont appreciate the effort we put, all credits will taken by someone else who are not even involves in the project, alot of people i see they just talk only but done nothing.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
