      Pros

      they promote from within & if u have enough handson experience u don't neccesarily need a college degree to move up a mini gym for employees with free weights, machines and cardio equip

      Cons

      communication sucks mentality of if I don't share or communicate its job security. there are a LOTof people related to each other there husbands wife parents kids cousins its ridiculous & gossip is normal. they hire & layoff & fire like crazy

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
