      Pros

      Good people, busy environment , friendly atmosphere , made some good friends in my time here, not much more pros to be honest

      Cons

      Terrible shift cycle with low pay scale, filthy canteen, 9 holidays per year for 12 hour shift workers is a joke, awful management , can't keep staff , it's actually funny how many people leave the place yet nothing changes, WAKE UP NYPRO

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
