      If you like working OT, this is the place for you. Jabil appreciates its employees and is accommodating with time off when needed.

      Cons

      Salaried employees are expected to put in a lot of hours. The expectation is that your phone is glued to your hip and that you log in from home afterhours and on the weekend.
