      Learned a lot, travel around the globe. Good pay. Very very relax and casual work environment. Job opportunities in cross functional groups. Will promote within.

      Shrinking benefits, since ~ 2000 changed from a family oriented atmosphere to a monster where you are now just a number. Unless you are among the ole boys group, eventually you will get let go if

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
