      A lot of learning opportunities. Good Salary. Excellent Engineering Team

      Cons

      "Conflict as an Opportunity" not well understood in all sites. Work-life balance is the worst. My last 2 months at Jabil I had to work from 12 to 14 hours 7 days a week for a customer that is no longer being serviced.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
