Pros
Jabil is a strong risk averse company with worldwide presence; it is well organized with talented employees. In my experience for the most part, the people I've worked with are very skilled and talented in their respective fields.
Cons
Being a global company, communication is a big issue when it comes to being on the same page for meetings. Jabil's benefits are equivalent with other companies but could use their numbers to negotiate competitive rates.
