      Pros

      Employee Empowerment & Accountability is the foundation of this company. Jabil invests heavily in the people, but expect the people to hold up their end of the bargain. Management has humility and really meets people where they live.

      Cons

      Not many. Velocity of the business can sometimes overwhelm newcomers. While rewarding, the demands of the business can occasionally drive work that conflicts with personal life.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
