Pros
There are very competent managers in some positions in Operations. They like to hire and promote within, which is really good for the employees that work there. They are fairly flexible with people.
Cons
Not having competent management in all necessary areas (specifically IT). Some people are in positions they shouldn't be in. They are great people, and I have nothing against them personally, but they are there due to the Peter Principal, and that needs to change. They are outsourcing more and more, which is taking jobs away from the United States of America, which is really not good in my opinion.
