      Management was reliable along with co-workers. Decent pay, lots of willing help if needed.

      Cons

      The limitatations of suppliers approved that we can purchase from, impossible to get a direct cross part that fits form, fit and function as nobody wanted to go to the client for approval.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
