Pros

Overall I think Jabil is a good company

Cons

That PTO you get - yeah, you're forced to give that up at the end of the year. The last two weeks there's a corporate shutdown, and any day that is not a holiday, PTO is required to be used for. Check the 2022 calendar. That's seven days of PTO employees would automatically have deducted from the HR system. If you don't have enough, you go into the negative. Want to quit? That negative amount gets deducted from your last paycheck. So "10 days" this year was actually three. I wasn't told any of this during interviews and when I confronted them, they knew they were caught.

Pros

Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

Cons

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
