      Close to home, convenient commute

      Cons

      Management is either unable or unwilling to make a decision and stick to it. There are no mentors here. Management will agree with you in private but will never back you up. Loosing customers because they just can't get it together as a whole. All the wrong people in all the wrong roles. Replacing QE III with QEI, it might work in the long run but there's a big learning curve.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
