Everything! Management is very unprofessional, favoritism. You always get in trouble for things out of your control. The mileage pay is laughable. You got territory managers that sit at home comfortable drinking coffee complaining about every little thing you do. Then makes you write big orders to fill stores even when said stores don’t want back stock. Even when a store is fully stocked, they want you to make $500+ orders minimum. Then they say you can work whenever you want Mon-Fri but the most important person you have to communicate with is a receiver and they only work in the mornings til noon. They lie on you a lot, over work you to death.
