Pros

Jacent is the combined companies, LaMi Products, and ATA Retail Services to form the industry leader in retail merchandising. This is a growing company with many career opportunities for internal and external candidates. I've found my time here to be exciting, challenging and very rewarding.

Cons

Two companies merged into one and the integration process is still underway. As with any companies merging there are always challenges and changes.

Pros

Mostly Monday thru Friday, Corporate had some good communication.

Cons

Area Manager started out good, but she was too over-worked with a large territory. As a result, she becane very hostile.
