Pros
I work on your own and decide what would be the best products to order for the stores that I work. I am able to work around appointments and life and pick and choose the stores on a schedule that works for my life.
Cons
I am always on the road with 9 stores to service. Don't know if it was just my supervisor, but even though I followed the rules by the book, but everything I did or didn't do she blamed me for. She never ever praised me for all the right work I did and even accused me of work that she did before I took over the stores from her. I am sure that there is a big turnover of employees for this company.
