Pros

You can choose what time you work as long as you make sure your store is done on the proper day, work independently, you never get bored because there is always something to do, easy job, management is easy to get along with.

Cons

Can be hard to get full time

Pros

Mostly Monday thru Friday, Corporate had some good communication.

Cons

Area Manager started out good, but she was too over-worked with a large territory. As a result, she becane very hostile.
