From the first phone interview; Jacent was professional, straight forward, and honest in regards to the Retail sale merchandiser position. Excellent training had been provided to me right from the get go. From the hiring package; paperwork, on line training (videos) to starting in the field has been excellent. It has been my experience that with proper training, people tend to stay with that Company. Terrific people from other RSM to the Area/Territory Manager. Team work at its best!
