Educated people from the interview process, until the beginning of work with the supervisor or manager of the area. Salary compatible with the market, good benefits, flexible hours, no psychological pressure to work.

Mostly Monday thru Friday, Corporate had some good communication.

Cons

Area Manager started out good, but she was too over-worked with a large territory. As a result, she becane very hostile.
