Pros
The biggest con is there are some great people that somehow survive and continue to work for this company.
Cons
Basically if your part of the field team you are expendable at any time and the minute they need to reduce expenses the field takes the brunt of the cuts. Current (RIF) taking place at the end of June 2024 will eliminate 25% of the Field Area managers and several Territory Managers. Yet no other Dept in the company is going to see any cuts. So the thinking is let’s keep the big salaries in the office and continue to devastate your field teams.
