Pros

Decent wages, relaxed atmosphere, casual dress code.

Cons

Where to begin. There are definitely 2 schools of thought in the company. Sadly the school that gets its way is the old timers. The "good ole boys" all talk a good game but want nothing that is not their idea. If a decision does not give them 100% of the glory they want nothing to do with it. Any outside ideas will be tossed out as stupid and if the ideas make it to testing every chance they get it will be sabotaged to make it look like only their old ways work. There is no honor in most of the upper management and they will do whatever it takes to prevent positive change. They set lofty goals that can not be accomplished with a company of their size and then get upset when goals are not achieved. This company needs a major shakeup in upper management to make it even remotely functional. If you are an insider you are untouchable, if you are an outsider you are expendable. Be leery of any opportunity here.
