Worst executive leaders I’ve ever experienced - Director Jack Link's Protein Snacks Employee Review

Pros

The people on our team were great and had a genuine interest in making the organization better.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. There are only a few like minded people at the top who make decisions. If you want to make an impact you will be incapable of doing so. If you care about diversity or inclusion, this is the last place you should work. If you care about honesty and transparency, then you will not want to work here. The leadership team turns over frequently (unexpectedly right before they are due bonuses) so any progress you’ve made as a team is pushed back to square one. It is a complete boys club. If you are a woman and care about your family you will be judged by how long your butt is in a seat (not by your work product). The culture is toxic.

Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

Pros

Great place to work with strong business growth, collaborative teams, and opportunities to work on modern technologies across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platforms. The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.
