Pros

You're trusted very quickly with a large amount of responsibility and given the opportunity to lead large endeavors. Individual teams can have great camaraderie. Majority of middle managers and directors understand employee needs and create the best environment.

Cons

Senior leadership is disconnected from the organization but controls even the smallest business decisions even if it doesn't align with best practices. Very micro-management behavior. Prioritize profit over longevity and employee well-being. Outdated benefits and non-competitive pay. Disorganized in onboarding and exiting.

Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.
