Pros

- Non-public company means no shareholders forcing changes - Small team atmosphere with a lot of collaboration between teams. Feels like a family. - Good benefits package that gets even better in 2023.

Cons

- Some turnover during the end of covid that's on track with every other industry leads to transition periods of policy and vision (other than the Link family vision)
