Pros

There are a lot of great individuals who work at the company, and the product has a great reputation.

Cons

It's family owned and operated and they are extremely difficult to work for. The executive team has turned over numerous times and so has any staff that work directly for or with the owners. They never hesitate to fire someone, and their standards are impossible. You'll never get a "good job" out of them, instead you'll get constant negative feedback. Most everyone lives by the company values except the CEO. It's rules for thee and not for me.

Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

Pros

Great place to work with strong business growth, collaborative teams, and opportunities to work on modern technologies across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platforms. The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.
