This is why we show up every day—because we’re here to make a real difference. On the people side, I’m lucky to work with an amazing team of individuals who are always focused on delivering value to our clients. In a high-paced, high-accountability environment, we consistently collaborate to find the best ways to support the industry we serve. Accountability and collaboration are at the core of our culture, so be prepared to bring your ideas to the table, engage in candid conversations, and be challenged by leadership to push yourself every day. While the company is undergoing significant changes, I view this as a sign of progress. It can be a bit jarring at times, but I truly believe that we’re evolving to be an even more impactful player in the SaaS and youth activity center space. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a difference, this is the place for you.

The pace can be intense, and while we're constantly striving to improve, it’s not always easy to keep up with the rapid changes. 2025 brought lots of change, but the company learned a lot, and I believe is on the verge of some accelerated growth with the onset of some great new features in the product. The teams here are energized and ready for it, and despite some rough seas last year, remain supportive of one another and genuinely care about the clients and their success. Last year ended up removing a lot of artificial guardrails, and has empowered the product team to initiate and execute things without getting bogged down in any decision-making paralysis. We know what customers need, now let's give it to them. I have always said this was the best job I'd ever had and I continue to say it. If you genuinely care about your craft, and care about the end user and their success, you will love it here because you get to see it happen up close. - 2026 Bonus plan for reaching company goals - 401k 100% match up to 6% - Competitive salary

- PTO is less than some other firms of similar size. - Leadership has been hollowed out a bit with some departures and folks retiring, but hiring is in full effect

As a newer team member, I can confidently say this company is headed in an exciting direction. The leadership is actively making positive changes to build a culture centered around passionate, hardworking individuals who genuinely care about creating meaningful impact to the business and our Clients. Recent organizational changes have created a clearer focus on having the right people in roles where they can truly excel. Some team members have embraced this and are making significant impact, while others are still finding their footing. This means the work environment can feel dynamic and sometimes uncertain as everyone settles into their optimal positions. I really appreciate working for owners and leaders who are actively championing change rather than maintaining the status quo. They're not afraid to make tough decisions to improve the company, and they're genuinely invested in building something better. It's refreshing to see leadership that's willing to evolve and adapt rather than just coast on past success.

Cons

This isn't the right fit for everyone . We're in the midst of significant positive changes that require genuine buy-in and adaptability. If you're someone who prefers established routines or isn't comfortable with evolving processes, this might not be the best match. The company needs people who are truly invested in the transformation and care deeply about our Clients success.
