Pros
Good pay and benefits, I was just a temp employee, but I still accrued sick hours, and management was lenient on how I used them. I worked with the roads department directly under two professional civil engineers and they always helped me with questions and guidance.
Cons
Physical location took some getting used to, Jackson County gets really hot during the summer, and there was a lot of smoke from wildfires in the area.
