Pros
I just completed my first full year with Jackson and I could not be happier. I even got a gift for completing one year of service. They have delivered on every commitment made at every point during the hiring process from the interview to orientation to my first meeting with my new boss.
Cons
"Don't sweat the small stuff". The cons are so inconsequential versus the pros. But, if I had to pick something...if it can even be classified as a con...I'd say the rapid growth. Poor us, right? Try and keep up with immeasurable growth opportunities, process changes, technological upgrades, plans for a new building, and the latest hardware. The company's success comes back to employees two-fold by way of all these things.
