Backstabbing management- they have fired good people for no reason. They pressure employees to respond positively to surveys so they can look good. Little recognition of the individual accomplishments of employees. Support people are subjected to seeing the rewards the sales people get without any chance of being able to get the same thing - posters about trips, etc.. It use to be a caring environment but now it's all about money and appearances. Employees who work in support roles are often ignored because they aren't direct money makers.
