No room for growth. You will learn the role within the first year and then you can expect to be doing the same things over and over at the same level for the rest of your life. Even if you get promoted to Senior Analyst you can expect the same work. The company will not value you unless you are an Attorney, you are easily replaceable in their eyes. You can expect a VERY small raise every year that does not even cover inflation, or living costs in Denver, but the starting salary is reasonable. This is not a long term career move, but it will be a good resume builder.
