Extremely high turnover, terrible management - Anonymous employee Jackson Lewis Employee Review

Ridiculously high turnover rate for analysts and they don’t staff proactively, so we were left scrambling with impossibly heavy workloads when people left (which was often). Compensation isn’t at the same level as workload even after a recent market increase. Often takes too long for management to disseminate directions after new OFCCP directives are released. Big name, but run like a mom and pop shop…in a bad way. Zero opportunities for professional development and absolutely NO room for advancement.
