Decent, but frustrating place to work - BI Architect Jackson Lewis Employee Review

Within the business side of JL, there are a lot of silos. Often there will be multiple solutions being discussed by different teams that are incongruous. There isn't a solid roadmap that teams can look to for any kind of guidance. While there are a multitude of amazing people, there are a few duds. Unfortunately, those duds seem to be yelling the loudest and get in the way of actual progress.
