Pros

I really enjoyed my time working here. From the start I received a lot of care. I was at an entry level position but I felt like I was really needed and cared for. Management really helped with that. The owners are awesome, they are willing to implement and try new things for the benefits of the employees, clients, and firm as a whole. They care for you outside of work as well. I had flexible hours and was able to get time off whenever I needed it. There are so many awesome employees that work here as well. For me, the work was manageable and enjoyable. There was cooperation from co workers. I received a raise as promised a year into my work. I was very satisfied with my work experience here.

Cons

There was occasional gossip around the firm.

From the moment you start, it becomes clear that the firm prioritizes both high-quality work and a positive workplace culture. Working here does not feel like a routine 9-to-5 job; instead, it feels meaningful and rewarding, allowing you to take pride in the work you contribute and the clients you serve. There is a strong sense of purpose that makes each day engaging and fulfilling. One of the firm’s greatest strengths is its sense of community. Colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and approachable, which creates an atmosphere where people are comfortable asking questions and growing professionally. Management plays a key role in fostering this culture. They are not only accommodating and understanding, but they also make a consistent effort to ensure employees feel heard, respected, and valued. Whether it is through open communication or a willingness to be flexible when needed, leadership demonstrates a genuine commitment to employee well-being. Overall, JJ&A is a place where you can develop your career while feeling supported and connected to those around you.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times and may feel stressful during busier periods, but it remains manageable with proper organization and support from the team. The firm provides the resources and guidance needed to stay on track, making it possible to meet expectations without feeling overwhelmed in the long term.
