Pros

Salary and working hours were decent. The office was located in a great location. On site cafeteria was convenient and the food was good.

Cons

They like many other Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Companies hire and fire as quickly as the projects come and go. If you're looking for a company that is interested in investing in their employee, then Jacobs is not the right company for you. You need to get in and make as much money as you can before you get laid off.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
