Investment in training, generally competent middle management, open to moves within the company, friendly people, flexible working hours, good benefits and holidays, starting salary above average, career prospects can be excellent if picked by senior management
Cons
Can be incredibly boring and tedious, workload comes in cycles of either too much or too little, poor communiation from higher management particularly about business prospects, ridiculous corporate activities, some obviously incompetent people, poor feedback about work results
