Pros
Good company ethics, policies and customer service. Quality upper management. Fairly good benefits and pay. Friendly helpful and informative people. Good location.
Cons
Not easy to move ahead, several have left to do that and some have come back to where they want or felt the direction they should have been. HR could use some improvement. IT department was lacking in good people, needed to hire more competent management.
