Pros

Clean environment, nice coworkers and staff, get your hands in many processes and different types of work (multiple-hats position)

Cons

Very difficult to be acknowledged by managers and leadership team, no matter how hard you work. The busy season can get very overwhelming, with no extra help available. Not a very good system in place for performance reviews or a way to receive proper recognition of good employees. If you are not already a part of the leadership team or if you are not a project or construction manager, you will never move up, receive bonuses, or be recognized for your good efforts.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
