Pros

Decent salary. Also, provides some opportunities to learn some new technologies you may be unfamiliar with. Not an overall terrible experience.

Cons

If you are hired on for a particular project, and that project ends due to funding or some other reason (that is not due to your performance), you are on your own and will not be placed elsewhere. So you'll be out of a job if you don't have a plan B ready. They put you in this talent/mobility pool that really leads to nothing.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
