Great co-workers, great opportunity to be able to learn a lot about your position without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
Cons
Take home pay and benefits need to be higher. Comparing to other companies Jacobs seems to be very average in paying their employees below management level. Also the opportunity to discuss increases in salary even after changes in job description seem to be frowned upon.
