- Pay is good (for not having a degree) - Very lenient job requirements - Pool table - Casual (sometimes too casual) dress
Cons
- Sexist Co-workers / Sexual Harassment - Non-existent / pitiful HR department/representative - IT technician is useless (i.e. visits Facebook) - Extremely poor leadership from management - Very long working hours - Hostile work environment (e.g. men would use women's bathroom) - Management would allow firearms on-site, when JACOBS company policy prohibits any weapons on campus. They classify the issue as "Don't ask, don't tell".
