With work becoming for hybrid/remote focused, it is not clear where the opportunities are for people to try and move upwards in the company. Lots of processes such as PMAP, DMAP, JACOBS GO etc. However the opportunities are becoming scarce and only those within a 1st degree reach to the opportunities actually have access to them.
