Pros
Management does not care about you or the work, you can do nothing for a year and youll probably still get a great employee review. Great place for people who dont care (not great for people who do).
Cons
Poorly run teams, nepotism, toxic culture, absent HR. Upper management cant correct delivery issues because they dont understand what the customer cares about and they dont comprehend the requests. Fundamental lack of decrement between what SOUNDS good and what IS good. One is valued over the other (not the right one).
